Resource/Texture Packs Print

  • 5

With the latest Minecraft builds, it is now possible to push Resource Packs to the client side so users can experience your server the way you want them to.

In order to do so, you must first download the texture pack in a .zip file format. Make sure the texture files/folders are in the main/root directory of the zip file itself (it won't work if the resource files are in folders that aren't for the resource pack itself in the zip file).

Once you have the zip file prepped, simply host it somewhere such as with a web host or mediafire.com . You'll then want to obtain the direct URL to that file.

Now go into your Multicraft control panel and navigate to the Files > Config Files > Server Settings page on the left pane. From there, look for the "resource-pack" setting and enter in the URL to your resource Pack file. Hit save at the bottom, then restart your server. Now join your server and you should get a prompt to download the Resource Pack. You are done!
